I started at 415 lb, scared and ashamed, after every fad diet failed me. Do the next 30 days with me. I'll send you the free guide with exactly what I did, plus my 5 go-to meals, and you'll have people in your corner.

I'm going to talk to you like a friend, because that's what I wish someone had done for me.
If you found this page, I'm guessing some of this sounds familiar:
I'm not judging you. I was every one of those.
I was the shy guy. Depressed. I didn't believe in myself, and I missed out on a lot because of it. Most nights I was on the couch eating McDonald's or Burger King. I never cooked at home.
At 415 lb I could barely breathe. I had type 2 diabetes, and my doctor told me I probably wouldn't be here. Then I was diagnosed with stage 1 colon cancer. Lying in bed after surgery, I decided I wanted to give myself a fighting chance.
I'd tried before. So many fad diets. I'd lose a bunch, then gain it all back, because I never built real habits like cooking my own food.
I turned on a camera and recorded my first vlog. My goal was 10,000 steps a day. I'd never walked that much in my life. Even at 2.5 on the treadmill, I was wiped out.
But the hardest part wasn't the walking. It was doing it alone. I felt like I was too much and not good enough, and I almost gave up on myself.
What kept me going was my nephew, who was on his own journey, and my wife, who had my back the whole way. That's the whole reason I'm writing this. I know what having people in your corner does.
I'm 3 years cancer-free. My diabetes is in remission. I fit in a plane seat without an extender. I used to need two seat belts. I fit on roller coasters again. I can walk at 3 mph without getting tired. Every step is on YouTube, with 20.9K subscribers following along.
The honest part: I'm not fixed. People tell me I look good, and I still feel like the 415 lb kid. I still fight emotional and stress eating, some days harder than others.
So I'm not some finished guy talking down to you. I'm still in it, right next to you.
Diets end. Habits stay. And habits are a lot easier to build when somebody notices if you show up.
The 30-Day Reset is what I actually did, simplified so you can start tomorrow. No crash diet. No gym required.
Walk, ride or lift, any amount. Log what you eat and don't change a thing yet. That's exactly how I started.
Once tracking is a habit, smaller portions and lower-calorie choices. That's when things started moving for me.
A free Discord full of bigger people on this same journey. I'm in there every day. Lurk first. "Day 7, done" counts.
I went from the drive-thru to making cheeseburger bowls and taco bowls at home. Big, filling meals that taste like real food, not diet food. Here are two. The other three are waiting in the guide.

All the takeout burrito bowl flavor, made at home.
